“ 9 course Furano beef and abalone. set tender and juicy , fantastic view, cosy atmosphere in a private room, but the ventilation a bit weak, 2 chef for 6 persons , it took half an hours to complete the food serving from the grill , it’s a bit rush and no rest in between. After all the main from the grill , waitress will escort you seat at outside the bar to having the dessert and cafe or some liqueur or whisky! It’s a great touch ! “ It's simply amazing! This was our first visit, and we dined on the Furano Wagyu beef and live Ezo abalone course for three people. We were given a private room and enjoyed the night view. It was delicious, wonderful, and a wonderful time that will remain in my memory. The Hokkaido ingredients, the restaurant's design and ambiance, the service, and the attentive staff are all outstanding. But when Chef Ito prepares the food, it's so delicious I wonder if it's magic! The live Ezo abalone steak is absolutely delicious. I'm an amateur, so I'm rude to say this, but when Chef Ito prepares it, it's truly delicious. Maybe it's the delicate cooking, but it's tender, fragrant, and delicious. It was so delicious that we couldn't help but order the king crab and wild flounder teppanyaki separately. The king crab legs were surprisingly large, measuring 7L. It was the first time I'd ever seen one of those. Of course, the finished dish was absolutely exquisite. And of course, the wild flounder was also superb. The Furano Wagyu beef they serve here is apparently raised from calves born on their own farm, which may help ensure consistent quality. It was my first time, but the meat was beautiful. While the marbling isn't as fine as Matsusaka or Tajima beef, tasting it brought out the delicious red meat, and the flavor was so good it rivaled A5-grade beef that it was a surprise. Personally, I was blown away by how lightly the Furano Wagyu didn't taste. I could go on and on about the details, but Chef Ito's dedication to ingredients and his superb skill—even aging a single potato for 18 months—is truly impressive. There are many teppanyaki restaurants around the country, but if you're in Sapporo, I recommend 21 Club, where you can relax and create wonderful, delicious memories. ”
